Project Manager	• Experience in Planning and tracking of development in the ECU project • Basic Knowledge of C, Microcontroller, basic hardware concepts in Microcontroller based system design, Basic Experience in Diesel/Gasoline Engine control systems • Basic knowledge of vehicle validation, OBD, CARB, diagnostics • Customer Management - Multi cultural customer interface and management, Overseas work experience • Integration Management (Project Guide, Change Management, Lessons Learned) • Requirement management - customer specification (requirements specification), project specification (customer requirements specification) • Schedule Management - costs and budget management (customer mile stones, internal milestones, customer schedule, internal schedule, tracking the milestones, costs and budget) • Quality management - planning, tracking, system assessment, Failure Mode Analysis Check • Team management (technical guidance to the sub-project manager/team, co-ordination of the required resources for the project, guidance to the project team) • Risk management (identification, evaluation, measures) • Experience in Coordination of HW- and SW deliveries for sample- and series ECU's for production	8 - 13 years	BE in EEE/ ECE/ Instrumentation	Apply
