Minimum 5 years in Life Sciences vertical The successful candidate will have a track record of success within the Life Sciences Practice of an established management consulting firm or will have worked in the Life Sciences industry. Specifically, the candidate will have: Consulting selling and execution Flexibility and willingness to travel to sell and deliver engagements. Period of travel for a particular opportunity may be from about a week to 3 months. • Experience in engagements in one or more of the following areas. o Sales and Marketing: Managed Markets (e.g., Product launch, Portfolio management, Segment specific strategies) o Sales and Marketing: Consumer (e.g., Market assessment and research, Forecasting, Brand objectives) o R&D (e.g., Clinical development strategy, Regulatory Strategy, Safety Strategy) • Experience in successfully managing project delivery and leadership in large, complex engagements • Deep understanding of the current Life Sciences industry dynamics and trends • At least seven years of work experience, of which at least five years in the Life Sciences space	The candidate should be able to build on his/her expertise and network to grow the Practice.
